Harvest Party
Each year after the successful harvest of plump and juicy grapes, we celebrate the good health of the land and that which nature has provided. Sampling various vintages from over the years, the harvest party at Villa Mangiacane is one of the most celebratory and festive in the Chianti region. Harvest time in Tuscany is scenically beautiful, exciting and not to be missed!
Olive Picking Party
Traditionally the olive harvest takes place later than the grape harvest. It is hard work as pickers skillfully reach into the high bows of the olive trees, at times placing themselves in great danger. The celebration of the Olive Harvest is one of wonderful cuisine, great wines and of course, delicious oils and bread. Join us for oil tastings, tapenades, and all things Olive!

Sculpture Workshops
Washington Msonza is just one of the many Shona Sculptors who have visited Villa Mangiacane over the years. Guests are able to join him and others alike in the sculpture garden for sculpture workshops. These artists will not only impart with you knowledge and history of Zimbabwean sculpture, but technique too. A day in the sculpture garden will be unlike any other in Italy, and will be difficult to forget.
